(together referred to as “this Privacy Policy”)
in order to demonstrate its firm commitment to

- Prosperitus is bound by the Privacy Act and the National
Privacy Principles.
- Prosperitus will update our Privacy Policy as required.
If it is changed, the changes will be posted on our website
www.prosperitus.com.au so that you are always aware of
the sort of information collected, how the information
may be used, and under what circumstances it may be disclosed
by Prosperitus.
- P lease note that if at any time Prosperitus is required
by law to release information about you or your organisation,
Prosperitus must cooperate fully.
- This Privacy Policy does not apply to acts or practices
of Prosperitus that are directly related to employee
records of current or former employees.
WHAT SORT OF INFORMATION DOES PROSPERITUS COLLECT?
- Prosperitus collects information
("the Information")

of your work or during the engagement. In most
cases Prosperitus will collect your name, contact details
and financial information prior to our engagement.
- Prosperitus collects information when you engage the
organisation so that Prosperitus may provide you with
a financial plan and other primary purpose services;
- Prosperitus may collect information
via telephone, fax or email.
- When you post Prosperitus
information we may store the contents to help
in the preparation of your Financial Plan or the purchase
and sale of your investments. We
may record your postal address or fax number and
contact you and send you our Newsletters.
- When you send Prosperitus an e-mail, we may record
your email address and contact you and send you our Newsletters.
WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT FROM OUR WEBSITE?
When you submit information to our Site, Prosperitus will
collect personally identifiable information from you that
may include your name, business and company name, e-mail
address, residential and business address and other such
information necessary to provide you with the services
offered by the Site.
As a general principle, Prosperitus will only collect
personally identifiable information that is needed to operate
the Site, to provide you with the services offered by the
Site and to communicate to you information and services
that Prosperitus believe would be of interest to you.
Prosperitus automatically collect IP addresses and web site usage information
from visitors to the Site. This information helps us evaluate how visitors
and subscribers use and navigate the Site on an aggregate basis, including
the number and frequency of visitors and subscribers to each web page and
the length of their visits.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE THE INFORMATION?

or offer the service requested.

Information to provide you with a specific service. For
example, we may use the Information you provide
us to complete your financial plan and other

HOW IS YOUR INFORMATION USED BY PROSPERITUS?
- Prosperitus also uses the Information to send you information
(either by e-mail, fax or post) that you request. If
at any time you receive material that you did not request
or do not want to receive such material any more, please
contact us.
- Prosperitus may use the Information you provide on
our Website for the purposes for which you specifically
provided the information, including providing you with
feed back or advice about services offered by Prosperitus
or informing you about upcoming seminars, e vents and
conferences;
WHO DOES PROSPERITUS DISCLOSE PERSONAL INFORMATION
TO?
- Prosperitus will not sell, rent, trade or otherwise
supply to third parties any personal information obtained
from you unless you consent.
- Prosperitus will only disclose this information to
government bodies if required to by law.
- Prosperitus may provide personal information to MGI
White Hancock to allow the firm to complete the financial
statements, income tax return or other matters that you
have requested they attend to.
- Prosperitus does not engage subcontractors and therefore
will not provide any personal information to them.
- Information may be disclosed to stockbrokers and fund
managers to facilitate investment transactions.
- Prosperitus develops aggregate (ie. not individual)
reports, which incorporate some of the Information. The
reports are for use by our business partners. However,
these reports do not include any personally identifiable
information.
HOW WILL PROSPERITUS KEEP YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
SECURE?
- Prosperitus has security measures designed to protect
against the loss, misuse and/or alteration of the Information
under its control.
These security
measures are:
- Restricted Access: Our computer network is protected
by a password system with regular changes, which are
enforced.
- Anti-virus software is installed and is updated daily.
- Our servers (main data storage areas) are protected
from loss of power by Uninterruptable Power Supply units.
- Computer operating system updates are installed regularly
to maintain a high level of data protection.
- Prosperitus have installed an Internet Firewall to
protect our computer network against computer hackers
and intruders.
f. Prosperitus have clauses in employee agreements requiring
confidentiality

YOUR PROFILE
Prosperitus gives you the following options for accessing
and modifying Information previously provided:
a. You may gain access to Information that Prosperitus
has collected about you, by contacting the person named
below. Prosperitus will not charge you for responding to
such a request, unless we incur costs in providing the
information.
b. You may also contact us via Mail Fax, or Email to notify
us of any corrections/updates to the information we hold.
HOW DO I MAKE A COMPLAINT?
You can make a complaint at any time by contacting Prosperitus
who will seek to resolve your complaint.
